Please allow 10 working days for delivery, in most cases you will receive your order within 2-3 days however in some instances it may take longer.
Due to the varying stock we have at whilestockslast, delivery costs will be different for each item on sale, the best way to get a delivery price is to go through to the shopping cart area.
NOTE: Occasionally, some items offered on WhileStocksLast may require extra shipping charges due to their size or weight. If extra shipping charges are required, this will be clearly noted on the product page when ordering.
Confirmation on shipping:
You will receive a confirmation email from us confirming your completed order. If, after 10 days you have not received this confirmation email, please log back in to your account to make sure the transaction is complete, or alternatively contact us on info@whilestockslast.co.nz if you have difficulties.
RETURNS
In the unlikely event that the goods turn up damaged, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or refund. We do not accept returns except where the basis of the return is covered by the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act. Please ensure that when you are ordering through the checkout you take a moment to make sure the order is correct before submitting.
Exchange Policy
We make every effort to make sure our product descriptions are as detailed as possible and that includes sizing and colour guides for our clothing type product. Please choose carefully as we are unable to exchange product once you've received your order unless we have made a genuine mistake in our description, or where your request to exchange is covered by the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act.
If you think you have a case for a genuine exchange request then please contact us first before sending your order back to us as it may get declined and returned to you. In all cases Proof of purchase is required in order to get an exchange. Please note products returned to us for an exchange must be in a resalable condition with packaging intact and all labels etc returned with the item.
